Call for Papers

SACROWC 2027 continues the SACVLC/SACROWC series, bringing together researchers, students and industry to present and discuss new results in radio and optical wireless communications — from visible light communication and free-space optics to next-generation wireless networks. The programme includes keynote and invited talks from leading researchers in the field, alongside peer-reviewed paper presentations submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore.

Paper Submission

01

Paper preparation

  • Prepare your manuscript using the official IEEE templates.
  • A4 size, maximum 6 pages. No copyright legend — it's added automatically.
  • LaTeX users: add \documentclass[conference,a4paper]{IEEEtran} as the first line.
02

After acceptance

First submissions don't need an IEEE PDF eXpress check — only accepted papers do, before camera-ready.

  • Sign in (or sign up) at IEEE PDF eXpress.
  • Conference ID for 2027: to be confirmed.
  • Select "Create New Title", fill in the data, then "Submit File for Checking or Converting".
  • Upload your manuscript and wait for the email confirmation.
03

Camera-ready submission

Not needed for the first draft. Once your paper is reviewed and accepted, follow the camera-ready procedure the committee will send after the review deadline — this includes choosing your membership type, registering, and completing payment.
